Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from hOmem. You should understand that by ordering any product in my e-shop, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

Payment
All prices are indicated in Euros (€) and include VAT at the prevailing rate.
Please be reminded that shipments destined outside of Portugal may be entitled to import taxes and duty fees, based on the delivery country’s regulations. All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, I’m not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information. After submitting your request and proceed with payment you will receive a confirmation email.
Shipping & Delivery
I ship worldwide. All orders are sent by registered mail via CTT Expresso.
Shipping costs varies according to location and weight of the package (Mainland Portugal 12,50€, Islands 35€, Europe 50€ and outside Europe 60€)
Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, I do not accept returns as most pieces are unique. In case of damage at the reception, please send an email with the picture of the piece within 2 (two) business days and we will see the best way to resolve the problem. If an item is sold out it is possible to be made to order. Please get in contact via email.
Care
All porcelain and stoneware pieces are handmade, using different techniques, making each piece unique and its design slightly different. The cups and plates are food safe, and all glazes are lead and cadmium free. I advise that you wash your pieces by hand in hot soapy water, rinse them and allow them to air dry. They are safe to use in the fridge, but I don’t recommend putting them in the oven, the microwave or the dishwasher. The ceramic vases are decorative objects and can either be used with dried flowers or real ones. If use them with a fresh bouquet of flowers and water, we advise to change the water regularly in order to protect your valuable table or shelves from any humidity.
